Emergency Call Out
At Marches Hot Tubs, we understand that unexpected hot tub issues can happen at any time. That's why we offer a professional emergency call-out service to get your spa back up and running as quickly as possible.
We aim to attend emergency call-outs within 48 hours. If your repair is urgent or you require a specific appointment date, please contact us before booking so we can advise on availability.
Call-Out Charges
- Emergency call-out prices from £175
- Includes up to 30 minutes of diagnostics
- If the fault can be repaired within the initial 30-minute visit, we'll complete the repair where possible.
Additional Charges
- Additional labour: £15 per 15 minutes
- Additional visits: Minimum charge of £30
- Replacement parts are not included. If any parts are required, we'll provide a quotation for your approval before ordering.
If the repair cannot be completed during the initial visit, we'll carry out a full assessment and provide a detailed quotation for the required work.
Before We Visit
To ensure we can diagnose your hot tub efficiently, please make sure:
- The hot tub is filled with water as close to its normal operating level as possible.
- A working electricity supply is available.
Travel Charges
- Free travel within 15 miles of HR6 8LR
- Beyond this distance, travel is charged at £1.75 per mile
